Frozen Shoulder
Reaching overhead stops being something you think about, until suddenly it isn't. Pulling blinds open, reaching a top shelf, getting dressed. A frozen or restricted shoulder can turn small daily movements into something you have to plan around.
The stiffness usually isn't isolated to the joint itself. Tension around the shoulder blade and the surrounding musculature often plays a direct role in how far and how freely the arm can move, which means the fix isn't always where the pain is loudest.
What We've Seen
One client couldn't lift her arm above her head to open the blinds. In a single session, releasing the tension around her shoulder blade restored that movement, pain-free.
“Carrie targeted my shoulder issue. By the end of the hour, I had greater range of motion than I've had for a year. She's a magician!”
Not every case resolves in one visit; this one did because of exactly what was found and treated that day. What we can promise is a real assessment of what's actually restricting your movement, not a generic shoulder rubdown.
